Okay when it works
The app is okay if it works, I try to log in and it says Error 404. I can log in on my email but can’t on the app. 🤷🏻♀️
GARBAGE
This app is absolute garbage. Takes forever to load, gives me an error every time I open it, regularly logs me out, crashes every time I try to add a photo to my pets’ profile, doesn’t save my pets rx (even tho she’s been on it for over a year and I have to reenter everything to request it monthly). This app has so much potential but it just doesn’t work. LOTS of bugs need fixed. A simple app like this should not be so complicated.

Clunky and Doesn’t Do what it Says
It’s hard to find anything. I used to be able to schedule appointments, now I can’t, or I can’t find the path to get there. It’s poorly designed.
Absolutely horrible app
User unfriendly. I can’t update any of my pet’s information and nowhere can I add another pet. It’s as though the submit button is dead. I really wish my current veterinarian’s office would dump this app. A previous vet used PetDesk and I found it to be so much better to use.
Good idea but frustrating to use
It was easy to register my pets and the records are correct because the vet adds them. Anything I want to add from my end doesn’t upload including information about my pets and photos. Booking appointments is a frustrating process as well. I need to keep the app for proof of records and this is convenient when traveling but it is very frustrating to use otherwise.

Not able to clear notifications
I’ve got 23 “notification” bells - When I try to click on them to clear the app crashes.
Think it’s pretty cool concept, but app isn’t so great.

Buggy and annoying
The health alerts specifically are pretty much nonfunctional. I get them and can read them but if I try to click on the 3 dots to the right of any alert, the whole app just crashes every single time. Multiple reinstalls. I have to go to the website instead.
Worthless
Used to work. Now I don’t know why my vet ever connected their name to such a worthless piece of crap. It won’t let me log on even though I know my password. It won’t let me create a new password. There is no customer service to contact. Completely useless.
Lots of glitches
Would love if the developers responded to or noticed all of the low ratings and feedback. I use this for my dog. Refill options are great. But, as others said the app versions (for phone or tablet) are not great. It often duplicates letters when typing, or you cannot remove previously typed entries. It is definitely not user friendly, you have to scroll around looking for what you need.

Crashes a lot
Trying to view vaccines and just about anything helpful. Hasn’t been updated in over a year. Mobile is where it’s at and it’s lacking.
If you can deal with manual entry use Pawprint. Otherwise pay the fee every time you visit the vet for an import.

Poor performance
This application needs to
be updated freezes every time you go into anything and have to exit out multiple times to get the application unfrozen so you can click on another tab not super user friendly.

App doesn’t work
This app is extremely buggy. When you click on an option, you’re stuck there. The back button doesn’t work. You can’t upload photos. The home page keeps cycling. The desktop version is even worse. Avoid this app!!
Stick with website
The website for Petsites is great. The app is not. You can’t modify fields that should be able to be modified. I have 2 pets and when I choose the second, the info for the first stays. I went to contact the developer and it is an email to their sales department for doctors offices to sign up with them. Great idea. Terrible app.

What Happened?
I used to love this app but all of a sudden it stopped working and hasn’t worked since. Good idea but needs updates

Does not work at all... can’t log in. I’ve had it on two phones and it does not work.

Use to work but stopped working. I notified my dentist office. It was nice to keep on top of my fur babies health and appointments. Hopefully my vet will start using another application that is actually supported.
Mobile app no longer works; desktop version outdated
The mobile app on my iPhone & iPad no longer works since Apple’s iOS 12 update. Prior to the iOS update, the mobile app worked, even though it had not been updated in quite some time. The desktop version marginally works (2 stars). ‘VETS: Please pressure PetSites to update both the mobile and desktop versions.’
