Poor Connectivity & links are often faulty
Always offline and when I click links such as to learn about connecting with Alexa, nothing opens. Also very hard to reconnect when feeder has been unplugged for a while, when I get a new phone….
Can’t Download or Share Footage
The ability to share or save the footage from the camera has been removed.
Bought in 2021
When I first got the camera, I loved it dog loved it too. I use it when I’m on vacation to leave in the hotel or Airbnb when we are out haven’t used it in a while. Pull it out to use it again for the holidays, and after scanning the QR code, it comes up. The certificate has expired and it is not a private site. Someone could be trying to get my information what comes up I bought this from Amazon now it sits cause I’m afraid to use it because it could be hacked otherwise I would’ve given it a five star. The clarity is good. The picture is good. Wasn’t hard to set up now. It sits. I am I am.concerned about using it

Look elsewhere
It worked well enough but the notifications have been broken for months and I have repeatedly submitted requests for help only to be ignored. Best to treat the app like it’s been abandoned by its developers and only use if it meets your needs exactly as it is and potentially without the features it has now.

HELP!!!!!
I have had no problem using my pet cam for the past few years and all of a sudden we got a new Wi-Fi unit at home and now I cannot get it to reconnect. I’ve tried to reset it. I’ve tried to power it off. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app and nothing is working and I do not have the manual instructions and I don’t know what else to do and there is no contact information for the app developer. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Garbage
I long press set and wait for a ding but but it never happens. This useless peice of trash won’t respond to any commands and settings.
Treats via app
The app for iPhone does not give me the treat option
Network error ?
I have Alexa and Petu. We are traveling now and Petu keeps saying ‘network error’ we couldn’t feed one manual extra for the cat. I checked Alexa and it’s working. Just Petu isn’t working for no reason. Who’s going to take the responsibility?
Unable to use my machine with update app
I updated my app and it will not connect to my machine. The machine work fine until after I did the update. Wish I never updated the app.
Latest update doesn’t connect to feeder anymore
Had this product for years. It’s worked fine till this latest update. Continually says the feeder is offline yet it still sends me notifications when feedings happen. It’s completely broken. Fix this as your product is hundreds of dollars and requires this app.
Does not connect- no help from Support
I got this as a gift. Never have been able to connect the device to my phone. I’ve contacted support through the app under the “feedback” multiple times and never heard back. Device just flashes green, will try to connect, it gets to 100% and says connection failed. Feels cheap.
Can’t even open app after update
Just got the version 3.0.0 update on my iPhone… can’t even open the app now. Please fix this!
Perfect
Works well for me. I have the food dispenser with camera and never have had a problem with it and it's been a year. I don't understand what is up with all the bad reviews
Camera
Everything works except that I cannot see my pet through the camera. I can only see something if I take a picture or a video and save that to my phone. I’m not sure what to do? I’ve tried restarting the app.
Terrible Connection
As someone else mentioned, the feeder works fine but the app usually doesn’t let me log in for connectivity issues and then once it finally lets me in to my account, the camera won’t work as connection has failed….and then once you’re finally in, the camera freezes.
App not working
It worked just fine for a couple of months. Really loved it, but now I cant get logged in so I cant get the automatic feeder to work. I get stuck at a loading screen. I thought maybe my account was the problem but when I made a new one, the same thing happened
App is completely down right now.
Dont waste your time with this product. It just completely went down and now i can not monitor my dog with sever separation anxiety.
Don’t waste your money
So frustrating, updated our router and had to reconnect this device. It won’t even get me to the login screen, I tried to create a brand new account with a new email and I can’t even get past that screen. No updates on this app in the last eight months, it is total garbage and the device is completely useless to me now.

App suddenly no longer works
Worked great for almost three months then wouldn’t connect anymore. Tried everything. Very frustrated
bad connection
I don’t know for certain if it’s my wifi that is crap or this app/device, but this is the only wifi device I have that does not connect well. My camera takes about 8 tries and closing out of the app before it connects, and then the sound goes off after about 1 minute of listening. Plus, it freezes often and there is no way to tell that it is frozen unless you already know. If your pet was laying down when it freezes, how can you tell? Also, the connection makes it so either it wont toss treats or it tosses 5 in a row without me clicking it more than once. There should be more updates to this app so it actually works as intended, to allow people to watch their pets and homes while away.
