Poor Connectivity & links are often faulty
Always offline and when I click links such as to learn about connecting with Alexa, nothing opens. Also very hard to reconnect when feeder has been unplugged for a while, when I get a new phone….
Can’t Download or Share Footage
The ability to share or save the footage from the camera has been removed.
Bought in 2021
When I first got the camera, I loved it dog loved it too. I use it when I’m on vacation to leave in the hotel or Airbnb when we are out haven’t used it in a while. Pull it out to use it again for the holidays, and after scanning the QR code, it comes up. The certificate has expired and it is not a private site. Someone could be trying to get my information what comes up I bought this from Amazon now it sits cause I’m afraid to use it because it could be hacked otherwise I would’ve given it a five star. The clarity is good. The picture is good. Wasn’t hard to set up now. It sits. I am I am.concerned about using it

Look elsewhere
It worked well enough but the notifications have been broken for months and I have repeatedly submitted requests for help only to be ignored. Best to treat the app like it’s been abandoned by its developers and only use if it meets your needs exactly as it is and potentially without the features it has now.

HELP!!!!!
I have had no problem using my pet cam for the past few years and all of a sudden we got a new Wi-Fi unit at home and now I cannot get it to reconnect. I’ve tried to reset it. I’ve tried to power it off. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app and nothing is working and I do not have the manual instructions and I don’t know what else to do and there is no contact information for the app developer. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
