Love it!
I am 77 years old and needed something where I wasn’t cleaning the litter box every day. It is amazing my two cats love it and there’s plenty of room for them to use it without getting the walls messy. I love that. It tells me when it’s time to empty it.

No WiFi connection??
This app was great for a month or so, but now I can’t even access the app. No matter what I do. Can we please get this fixed? There’s no reason I should have consistent network issues that stops me from using the app.

I bought this litterbox specifically for its “smart” features but it will not connect
App “update” to “fix” bugs - 👎
Very disappointed with this app update!!
Have 4 devices in the home that were ALL working JUST fine and since this new app update, all 4 devices disconnected from my ATT fiber network and cannot be reconnected, no matter what I do to TRY to get them to!!
FIX this buggy update!!!
Now some data is available but cameras do not operate and cat usages are not being recorded!!
I’m about ready to start looking at other self cleaning litter boxes that actually work on a normal WiFi network!!
