Disappointing. App keeps crashing, website equally problematic
The app kept crashing as i was trying to proceed to payment for three days in a row even though it was up to date. When I reached out to customer service I was told to delete and reinstall the app and to use the website if that doesn’t work. It did not work. I went to the website. Not only does it not allow me to use apple pay despite having it as an option, it also simply refused to let me proceed with any payment method, stating that i had left some fields (name, surname, street address) empty when they were filled out. Needless to say, I am disappointed and won’t be using Pet Zone again.

Extremely Glitchy
For the largest pet supply provider in Kuwait, you’d expect a better app. It seems that they haven’t scaled the app from its beginnings to the level and volume it handles now. Despite always asking us to update to the “latest version”, there are still many glitches and bugs that never seem to be fixed. Items appearing as in stock but aren’t, being logged out at check out stage and the failure to capture payments either through Knet or Apple Pay. The app also needs to be upgraded to handle traffic during sale events.

You can’t order anything or add to cart
Years passed and you guys still couldn’t fix it. You can add anything to cart , specially reflex dry cat food of 15kg. Doesn’t work your app. Only web works. And with your updates each time. Still same error.

I can shop and add items to my cart, but I can’t checkout although I’m signed in. It keeps on lagging and glitching.

App constantly glitches and won’t add anything to the cart. The website is also extremely slow at times, so it’s impossible to order.
Useleas Costumer service
Worst Application with terrible customer service. Every time I use the app the order is never on time even when I Pay extra for the delivery to be on the same time when I contact them they rarely answer and when they do they shut the phone in my face. I have never seen a more unprofessional and useless customer service who does not know how to help a customer with SIMPLE inquiries as they do not know how to do their job. When I order it is for my pets who are living creatures that I take care of. What is the point of paying extra to get it on time if it is always late ?? Without a doubt worst application I have used for ordering pet supplies.

Worst app ever - has never worked
This app has literally never worked, can’t add any items to cart, can’t process payments. It’s literally nothing but a platform with pet supply pictures.
Don’t waste your time
This application is a joke. It takes them years to apply an update and when they roll an update it doesn’t fix anything.
1- takes forever to add an item to the basket.
2- most of the items are out of stock but the app add them to your basket anyways.
3- when you want to check out and pay it tells you the quantity you need isn’t available but doesn’t show you which item that you need to remove!
It’s like the owner of this Bussiness doesn’t want to sell nor care about being successful nor any respect for the customers time or their pets if there was a zero or less than zero I would have given them that

I was so happy to know that we have PetZone here in Saudi Arabia ❤️❤️❤️ Its been my favorite Pets spot for decades in the US.
I made my first order, everything was PERFECT.
Excellent products for all kind of pets I shopped for my parrot, lovebirds and cats.
THEY HAVE EVERYTHING and the prices are unbearable.
Jus the delivery cost is pricey to Jeddah, please do something about it.

Doesn’t work
Used to work great, but it hasn’t worked for nearly a year now. Very disappointing.
Poor application compatibility
Application is nice looking easy to use. However, while trying to add to cart it always gives errors and it does not add anyhting to the cart. Very poor development unfortunately….
