App is frozen
App freezes on latest iOS on iPhone 14. Once the app loads, the location page displays and it freezes. Clearly the PE firm that owns PF Changs is skimping on their development budget. Lowest bidder.

The worst app when using gift cards
When using a gift card to checkout, if the total exceeds the card’s balance, the app returns an error and does not offer an option to add other cards to cover the total. I have several 25-dollar gift cards, and the only way I can use them for online orders is to make separate orders for item that are less than 25 dollars, and end up with leftover-balances that I can’t use unless go to a restaurant. Absolutely horrible experience.

Completely unusable. App opens but the screen is gray and nothing responds. Judging from other reviews it has been this way for close to a month. Unbelievable. Why bother having an app at all when you don’t fix major problems with it?

Doesn’t Work At All
The title says it all – when I launch the app, the site loads, but the screen then dims and none of the links or buttons are active. Except for being able to scroll up and down, you can’t actually do anything (and yes, I have force quit the app then restarted it and then the same thing keeps happening). Restarting the phone doesn’t help either. Definitely poor app design.

App is super buggy
Launching the app, the whole interface is disabled. I closed and reopened the app and the same thing happens. I deleted the app and it now asks for consent even how many times you reject it, it keeps asking. It’s frustrating

Ridiculous that I can’t use the P.F. Chang’s app anymore. Every other restaurant app is available but with iPhone X it can’t update like the PF Chang’s app now requires.
App frozen for 3 weeks
as many others have noted, the app is on a frozen grey screen and does not allow you to order. This is a recent issue and hasn’t been addressed for weeks. The accept or decline cookies menu pop up also continues to block the screen even if you decline or accept. The bug is currently impacting business wide sales

When I open the app a large terms of service message pops up and it cannot be closed. There’s no way around it.

Please fix it. I’ve been using this app for months and for like 2-3 weeks now it’s been completely unusable once i get to the location screen and it greys out.
Glitches and freezes
Once the app has your location the screen goes gray and the entire thing freezes up. Force closing the app doesn’t work. Deleting the app doesn’t work.

The app straight up doesn’t work. I open it, it gives a popup about privacy that I can’t see the bottom of. I was able to get past it with some hyperlinked text, but now the app just gets this grey filter and I can’t click anything. Like I can still scroll, but I can’t select anything, as if there’s something on top of the UI, like the grey filter is an unloaded popup. But yeah I just can’t use the app because of it; nothing to do.

Does not work on my iPhone 10 which has an ios of 18 and new app is 26. Ridiculous to have to buy a new phone just to use their updated app. Have found no way to bypass it.

Works sometimes. Pretty slow. Login is annoying. Not good enough in today’s market.
Garbage if you use rewards or gift card
This thing doesn’t allow for you to easily use your reward and then attach a gift card. It get confused and can’t complete transaction.
