About
Food logging doesn't fail because of willpower. It fails because of the work: search the food, pick the portion, type three numbers. PFCnote removes that work.
■ Talk
Say it to the ChatGPT or Claude you already use, in your own words.
"The usual breakfast. Chicken salad and a rice ball for lunch. Protein shake as a snack."
■ It's logged
Protein, fat, carbs and calories are recorded as you said them. No food search. No number entry. You don't even have to open PFCnote to log.
■ You see it
Open the app and today reads as one page: intake vs. goal in kcal, what's left, and everything you ate.
■ "The usual" works
Say "the usual breakfast" and the AI rebuilds it from your past entries. No retyping the same three items every morning.
■ Once it's logged
• Ask the AI: "Will I lose weight eating like this?" "Am I getting enough protein?" — answered from your own records
• See the change: weight trend and average daily intake in plain numbers, before any chart
• Fix it: every AI estimate can be edited by item, amount and P/F/C
• Goals: set daily P/F/C and a target weight (calories convert automatically at 4/9/4)
• Apple Health: optional weight read/write
• Manual entry: add or correct without the AI
• Start without an account: sign up later and your records carry over
■ Made for you if
• You gave up on calorie apps because of the typing
• You track macros for a cut or a bulk
• You already use ChatGPT or Claude every day
■ Please note
Macros and calories include values estimated and converted by AI. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and are not a substitute for dietary or medical advice. Connecting requires a ChatGPT or Claude account (a plan supporting custom connectors may be required).

What's New in PFCnote
1.0.1
September 9, 2026
Redesigned. Today now leads with intake vs. goal in kcal, followed by the day's meals as one continuous log. Cards are gone — sections are separated by spacing and hairlines. The chart screen shows your weight change and daily averages as numbers before any graph.
