I paid for this

The app is great. The policy is unfair. PG$E appears to be profiting by overcharging solar customers compared to total dependence customers.

Won’t authorize

Tried to authorize with PG&E and it just send you back to the app to “follow their instructions”. App seems broken at this time.

I paid for this

I suspect I’m losing a lot of money on my PG&E bill. I can’t believe I use more power than my panels provide so I am in the process of figuring it out. I had to pay for this app, which is basically just giving you information off of PGE accounting, but I will figure it out. I at least know that I’m paying the highest rate for electricity that you can pay for some reason.

Handy to have

Nice to have, same info as website

Much Needed App!

If you’ve ever tried to figure out which rate plan from PG&E is the most beneficial for your situation this is the app for you. I spent much time on my own trying to calculate the best rate plan for me. This app does it for me effortlessly after sharing data from my PG&E account. When I contacted customer support about the inclusion of the medical baseline in its calculations, they said they would look into it. Lo and behold, they implemented the medical baseline into the appropriate rate plans within literally minutes (as an option in account settings). Now that’s what I call excellent customer service!

Prior version was an App. Not sure what this.

This app is barely functional and once you sign up it’s quite difficult to cancel your account. Pls beware

Response from developer

Hi, sorry to hear it didn’t work for you. It’s actually very easy to cancel your account. Very simple: directly from your PG&E account’s Share My Data setting simply withdraw the app permission, and your cancellation is instantaneous. And yes it’s an app - so much more powerful and faster than the it’s previous version that it sometimes seems to be instantaneous and static - but it isn’t static - it is a dynamic app and does far more realtime calculations and comparisons than ever before, just so much faster.
