I have been using the Phase App for several months now and as a female business owner, this has been extremely useful when trying to navigate my busy schedule. I’d definitely recommend the Phase App to any women who are trying to level up their work life productivity and understand more about how their cycles work!

Absolutely obsessed with the content and aesthetic of this app. The google cal integration is amazing too, pops up when you are booking a meeting, planning a vacation or signing up for a half marathon. Love it.

So helpful, concise, warm, intelligent & inspiring. A really useful reminder of when to plug-in, get in the zone, when to focus or when to unwind, relax, or go with the flow. Modern and ancient and in tune with our cycles, our bodies, our moods, spirit & our needs. Brilliant. Highly recommend.
