Constant glitches
I have to use this app for an annual professional conference every year. It’s always having issues logging my attendance at sessions. This year it did not allow me to input my information when I signed in and out of sessions. Several of my sessions wouldn’t let me check in on the app. I had to constantly ask conference staff to manually add my attendance for continuing education. This was a common experience for a large number of people at the conference and seems to repeat every year. I hope it isn’t expensive for my professional org to use this app. It’s not worth paying for.
