Does not pair properly. Sensor pairs but sends no motion control data to the app, making this useless.

Doesn’t work
Can’t log into this app on MacOS with regular PhiGolf account. It says ID doesn’t exist.
This new update sucks
They changed the game almost entirely for the worse, the look of the game is different, they made way more unnecessary changes than needed. If I were asked to give my opinion they ruined the game with their last update

This app has been down ever since the most recent update. It loads to 99.8% then just stops.

Total BS
I loved phi. I should have been a sales rep for them for how many people I got in on it. HOWEVER I had to get the new club and sensor because my first one stopped working. I got it and it worked for a round and then the new update came and I couldn’t even make it into the app for hours. Then when I would the club wouldn’t register and couldn’t even play. This is fraud, you are stealing our money and we deserve answers or refunds.

Stop changing the app
The graphic updates look good, but the game is ruined without it all being speed golf for every game now!!! Guess E6 subscription is needed now…The online play was fun with my family every week until the recent update where they made all online play speed golf. Just stupid and it takes away from the whole reason I got this thing. I want to spend social time with my family

Anytime I want to use the app I have to delete it first and reinstall. Don’t waste your time or money on PhiGolf.
Fix the app
Ever since the latest update, the app is garbage. It won’t load constantly says it’s being worked on check later I’ve deleted and reinstalled it numerous times. It’s awesome when it works, but this is ridiculous

I absolutely love this product, is it an expensive simulator no, but for the cost this is fantastic. I can play local golf courses before I play them in real life which I think is awesome. Had an issue with my subscription, a representative reached out in a timely manner with a fix. Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

What Could Be…
I very very rarely do reviews. But for the price it feels necessary. When it works, it’s an absolute blast. It would crash from time to time before the newest update. Now you can’t even make it through 9 holes before it crashes. I can’t even get the app to load on my phone more than half the time. I’ve deleted it multiple times and reinstalled it and redownloaded all of it with it crashing in the download and same for friend of mine I’ve sold on this. Very unfortunate, because it could be such a great thing. Hopefully it’s fixed sooner rather then later

Works sometimes
My wife bought me Phi 2 as a gift, a couple friends have one too. When it loads it’s fun, but we get a few guys together for group play and currently NONE of us can even get the stupid game to load! Not sure what the issue is but this software needs HELP! No worse feeling than driving somewhere, only to find out we can’t even get the POS to load! Fix the APP!!!

Fix your update
With all the crashes before it was tolerable. The new update came out and it’s garbage! And I want my money back for paying for this stupid game. It doesn’t work, it crashes. Developers are useless.
