App does not need exist
This app has almost no functionality built-in. It generates one time codes that are so long, you’re effectively going through a math test just to get in the door. It literally does nothing else and is completely redundant. It also keeps logging you out. It makes no sense that large corporations insist that every device needs to be smart with an app companion. Just delete and move on.

Update app & lose everything.
What the heck is up with this app. Everything it updates I have to open the set up ‘as new’ including scanning the QRcode, creating passcodes, adding fingerprint, etc. HOW IS THIS USEFUL OR SECURE?!
I’m so disappointed. I love the lock & really liked the app until the update wiped everything including the log (history). Please tell me this is a bug that will be fixed. Please.

Missing Essentials
The app seems to miss the essentials. Like letting you see how much battery left, which i find alot of help ensuring you can replace the batteries in time, especially if you are planning to travel or will be gone for a few days. Im pretty sure there are some other essentials that other users need and I trust the developers can find ways to integrate these into the app.

If this app could work natively with Apple Shortcuts and/or have the availability for widgets, that would turn this into a true powerhouse.
Fingerprint stopped working!
Fingerprint scan no longer controls anything. Lock is one year old. One star
Features needed
We really need the ability to set auto lock to off for a specific day of the week and time of day. And the ability to Import the same users to another lock without re doing them all manually. This would be a huge improvement. App is otherwise user friendly.

Useless updates
My third review since an August update. Each update has not fixed the WiFi connection problems. The app is USELESS.
Excellent Customer Service
Smart lock has worked well and enables me to manage my Airbnb home remotely. Very handy for setting permanent and duration pins for cleaner and for guests.
When a problem occurs I can count on Customer Service to help me quickly and efficiently. I have been very pleased overall.

Seemed cool at first
Great concept but poor execution and updates. We have one at the house and it works but the app unlock or lock does t work so I recommend placing your lock on auto lock just in case and have the metal key or your code/fingerprint active.

OMG. Money well wasted
The new App is horrible. Cannot connect. Stay away word of advice.
Great App
All is well with App, the only part that would be nice to enhance is the battery usage portion as it does not show % used so you need to guess how much is used
Terrible app, bad service
Worst app. Keep getting wifi connection errors. Most infuriating experience for something that should be a premium experience. Maybe Philips ought to take the licence away from the company that’s designed this.
Always logs out
Works great but I’m constantly getting logged out and don’t realize it until i open the app up again. When you’re logged out you don’t receive notifications for when someone unlocks or locks the door.

Unreliable
I use this app for my Airbnb. The functionality is mediocre at best. Changes to codes and times often fail. Or it says the change has been made but it actually hasn’t. A company like Philips should do better.
Bad update
The most recent update has made the app useless. The locks no longer show up and attempts to add fail. Please correct!

Useless app
I bought a door lock and installed it and the app then connected it to WiFi only to find that there is 1 thing you can do with the app and that’s generating a one time passcode. That’s it. You can see the status of the lock, or the battery level, or entry logs. Nothing, totally useless.
Terrible all
Good product but terrible software. Will constantly disconnect from WiFi. Fix this man. This is embarrassing Philips.
