What's New in Phill
1.1
September 4, 2026
Your week, at a glance Plan is now a calendar. Each week shows your training days at a glance, colour-coded by goal, so a week split between two goals finally looks like one. Today means today Today shows the session you have today — and when you don't, a rest day card with what's coming next, instead of a workout from Thursday. Train your way Tell Phill if you follow a split — full body, upper/lower, or push/pull/legs — and it builds inside it. Your goal lift keeps its own day. Streaks that survive real life A streak counts completed sessions, so rest days never cost you one. Lose it and you get one chance to win it back: three sessions in a row restores your old streak, plus the three. Something hurts? Tell Phill what you can currently do without pain and it rebuilds around it — removing what you can't load, bringing it back gradually as you improve. Phill won't diagnose anything; that's a question for a professional. It knows you now Phill greets you by name and tells you one thing it's actually noticed — the weekday you never miss, the sessions you finished when you said you felt rough. Progress also shows what you've put in, and what it bought. Adding a second goal now asks the same questions as your first, and shows you the week you'll actually be sharing. Also: a fix for a black box behind the mascot art, faster and clearer loading throughout, and share and rate links in Settings.
