Two new health metrics, and a lot of polish. - Recovery: a new daily score that answers one question, is your body ready to train. It combines your heart rate variability, your sleep and its stages, your resting heart rate, your respiratory rate and your wrist temperature, each compared against your own 60 day baseline. - Tap any day on the recovery chart to see that day's detail. - Stress rebuilt: it is now computed from the gap between your heart rate and your resting rate, across the whole day. Full curve in 30 minute slices, high, low, average, and time spent in each zone. - The stress and recovery sheets cite their scientific sources. - A pill at the top of the screen announces the Apple Health sync, then its completion. - Fixed a day rollover bug: no more yesterday's numbers in the morning. - Reorder your exercises mid session. - Native toolbar buttons during a workout. - Round OK key on the number pad. - On Apple Watch, once every set is logged, choose to finish or keep going. - The app is now fully translated into English. - Shadows, corner radii and contrast reworked across every card. - Haptic feedback and a small chevron on the cards that open. - Lower battery use during workouts.
