Great app, very chic design
This app has a very chic design and a seamless experience. It’s very convenient to browse upcoming sales and join the auction when it opens. I really like using the Phillips app when I’m on my phone.
Easy to use
Simple registration and easy to save what I like
TOO LITTLE ON ON IPAD
It is the size of a phone on an iPad screen! Looking at art on such a small “canvas” is ridiculous.
Very poor design
This app is very narrow and doesn’t fill the screen on an iPad. Very hard to see the art. The prior app that did work and was a pleasant experience is now no loner supported. Terrible decision.
Change to two apps sucks
The old app worked just fine. Why are you making your customers use two apps now? Terrible customer experience, and an inexplicable and incredibly annoying decision on your part.
Why not use just one App
Having to bounce around with two apps for one auction house is an awful customer experience, why did you break it into two? Previous one with live and online worked fine…
