Bad service, No solution
I bought the unlimited plan for 50$. I used it until the 26th, but suddenly the data was blocked on the 27th. I inquired and heard that the data will not be available from the 27th to the 2nd, and my unlimited plan will change automatically. But when I asked if there was no way to use the data right now because I needed it right away, they said unfortunately no. They sold the unlimited plan, but they don't let me use it indefinitely. The service is really the worst.

Scam company and bad app!
I signed up for an unlimited plan and they suspended my data usage 3 days into the billing cycle. They use TELUS for their subscribers. The 5g isn’t actually 5g at all as it is capped at 100mbps.

Be aware of this company because you probably would have trouble with porting your phone number out. You will have to fight for your number, just avoid them now and don't get into problems in the future.

The app can check detail of the plan. But can not track data usage . Useless
Data Override
By law they are supposed to send a warning and ask for explicit consent to override given data, but they didn’t so I was asked to pay additional $200. Under the Wireless code, service providers MUST obtain expressed consent before exceeding $50 in data overcharge. They have not sent me ANY notifications, texts, or emails notifying this to me. So I disputed this issue and they admitted they were wrong so I only paid additional $50. If you were suddenly overcharged over $50, know your rights and fight back!

Can not look how much data used
I just didn’t know why they charge me over data for extra 15$. I am always connecting wifi all the time.
No data tracking
There is no effective way to track how much data is being used. Clearly a massive issue.
Very satisfying
It’s more convenient and easier than website. For a foreigner like me, it offers good service. So I recommended it to my daughter. But I couldn’t find any button to merge mine and her. It’s kind of bummer.

Phonebox has really come far and even has pushed out this great app which helps you keep track of your billing and pay off your phone bill. Awesome app and very user friendly 🙏

The app is fast and useful however if face id login is added, it would be much easier to login.
