Extremely difficult to use
Not able to scroll through categories, you have to search each item separately. You can see that there are different categories but it’s impossible to scroll up or down.

Not receiving invoice by email.
Unfortunately after many requests I do not receive an invoice to my email address. I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this. Still no improvement.
