Can’t select location or get anything to load. Had no issues with the old app. Would rather order from someplace else than deal with this hassle

So Many Issues
No problems with previous app. This one does not recognize my email/username. I tried to make a new account, but says my phone number is used on another account. So I use the guest login. Enter credit card info, gives me error that personal information is needed, but there is nowhere to enter it.
Pain
Doesn’t save anything and won’t allow me to order through the app. Always an internal error
Makes ordering so easy! And rewards are a big plus
$5 reward when you sign up is unbeatable. This is much easier to use than the old app!
Won’t accept my address
I can no longer get delivery because when I type in my address, it removes the numbers for the first part of the address. This makes it an address for somewhere 8 minutes from me. The old app may have been old but it at least worked
Terrible
I tried to do an online order three times. It kept saying “Recaptcha token not available” at the end of the process. I had a five dollar credit on my account that I try to apply., And since the order didn’t go through, I lost the credit. I never had any trouble with the old app.
Leaving
I won’t be returning as a customer until your new app sends me an email to establish my old account and rewards on the new app.

You cant log in with your old account info and you can't create a new account with the same phone number.
It's embarrassing that this is still a problem when someone wrote the same review a month ago. Might need to fire your IT person and whoever manages your SEO.

App is not functional
Have tried numerous times to make an order on the new app and continuously run into issues
Can’t Switch Over
Dead in the water. The new app won’t let you login with the same credentials as the old app, so you have to create a new profile. BUT, it also won’t let you create a new profile with the same phone number used with the old app because it sees it as “already in use”. Deleting your phone number from the old app doesn’t fix it either. Garbage.

Way too many issues/glitches - deleted app and won’t use again
Rewards are gone
No more rewards?! Prefer fast food that rewards those who frequently use. I will not use in the future.
Good but needs work
The app needs an option to stay signed in so you can save your location without having to choose every time. Also, it’d be great to more easily get to the rewards code, even adding to Apple wallet.
