No show
No show for a prepaid shuttle from the Cancun resort to Airport. No response via message chat on reservation , no phone number to call… 3 days later still no response.

My driver never showed up at Cancun airport to pick me up. Had to take a taxi after looking for the driver for an hour. But they made sure to charge my card and then I notice another charge for tourist attractions on my credit card which I did not make. And they have no way of contacting them.
Family vacation
Adrian was very helpful with picking us up from the airport to helping us with a ride into Puerto Morales and getting us all set up to the airport when our vacation was over. Adrian thank you so much for your help we will definitely be calling you again when we travel to Cancun again.
Scam
This car service is a scam. Tried booking a car and can’t get ahold of anyone to change the pickup time because it was wrong after I booked even though I double checked the times before hitting book. Update: it was not a mistake of mine when booking. I double checked twice before hitting book that I was selecting the right time for pickup and it still glitched out and switched the time back after hitting book. This is absolutely a scam. There’s no taxi stand for them at the Cancun airport. For them to respond and tell me I made the mistake when I know for a fact I did not will make me never use this service again. You lost a customer and I’ll be telling everyone to just deal with the cabs at the airport.
