Accuracy is waning
I used this app a year or two ago n and only recently renewed my subscription. In short space, the app has misidentified twice even after repeated attempts. I also submitted 2 instances where the plants were bit clearly sick (one from a leaf eater and the other presumably a fungus) and the app classified both as HEALTHY! I submitted the same pictures to google and it pointed me to the disease and the remedy. That never happened to me before.

Really bad customer support and AI, didn't help at all
Diagnoses disappear too quickly
The diagnosis option is pretty worthless. The solution disappears almost instantly. I have yet to be able to follow any of the instructions because it will save the generic plant but not a diagnosis. Opening up the photo, treats it like a healthy plant even if it’s all but dead. Taking a new photo has resulted in a completely different diagnosis.

This app allows you identify plants, and gives you lots of information on them such as how often you should water them depending on the season. It also has a BUNCH of other handy features such as identifying different illnesses in a plant and telling you if you should re-pot your plant! This is such a great useful app not just for gardeners but for anyone! Even if you don’t have a plant! ❤️🌱🪴
