New updates bricked my app

Too combersome
I had to jump through all kinds of hoops to place an online order. It’s just not worth the hassle.
fix the bugs
the options aren’t the same under different build types. one of them is missing one of the pepperoni options, and you can’t choose to add more of the same ingredient on another. really annoying small errors that would be easily fixable.
Exceptional service
The Pie Five in Keller in Keller Parkway is by far the best Pie Five I’ve ever been to. The way they make the pizzas looks amazing (and tastes amazing), and the service is incredible. They are fast, accurate and very kind! We enjoy every visit. Seriously, cannot say enough about the service!
Best pizza - great staff
We are so glad to have Pie Five near our home. Out of all the pizza places we’ve tried in our area, they are by far the best.
They have a unique variety, specialty pizzas, and they carry toppings that only the real pricey Frou Frou pizza restaurants have. Items like roasted red bell pepper, artichoke hearts, three different kinds of olives, fresh basil. Pretty darn cool.
All the staff there are so friendly and easy to work with. The pizzas are done quickly and you can even order them from the drive-thru, something that I have never seen at a pizza place before!

Best Pizza!
I love Pie V’s HighFive pizza. It has meats and veggies. Thin crust is my favorite. Any time I want pizza I come to Pie V, whether with family, friends, or alone.
App Crashes on iOS
Love the pizza but I haven’t been able to go ever since a update completely bricked the app for months. And the fact you can ONLY use the app to order and trying to order on the website just directs you to download the app. This is a terrible business practice that has likely hurt sales. Please consider giving customers alternatives.

It appears that I’m logged in, but the app prompts me to sign up and then freezes. The order doesn’t go through.

Invalid coupon code
There was a code for 4th free. It does not tell you the valid locations until you order. I ordered 4 pizzas and the code was not valid in Lubbock.

Worst App Experience
This app is so annoying it cured my neuropathy by finding every. last. nerve. and irritating it. I had to place the same order THREE times. This app is totally busted- what’s with all the redirects? Great pizza, terrible development.
