Great Customer Support
I had a great experience with this parking app’s customer support team. After I exited a parking structure, the system didn’t recognize my license plate, so my parking session stayed active in the app. I reached out to customer support, and they responded the very next day. They reviewed the situation and promptly waived the fee. I like the fact that they handled the issue fast and professionally. It was an easy and stress-free experience for me.

Horrible user experience
No confirmation that payment was made, gates take 10+ seconds to open. No Apple Pay. Overall horrible experience compared to metropolis. Lot owners take note.

It was not easy to find out how to make a payment after submitting my credit card info in the payment section of the app.

Why does the logo look like Trump? The app works flawlessly tho.

Such a cool app! I downloaded it after parking in LA and it made everything so easy. My favorite part was being able to chat with someone live on the app when I had questions. I hope more paid parking structures use Pied.

I am a frequent visitor to USC medical Center. I had a question regarding parking and a notification I had gotten to make an appointment for parking today. Time saver!!!!!
Pied has made parking so much easier, I don't have to wait in lines to get out of the parking garage it's been a game changer--I work in hospitals and wish it was in every one to help save time when we are in a rush. No more lost tickets fees either🙌🙌

Very nice application used it for Keck USC visiting my family. It was the first hospital I didn’t have to fight with parking. It read my plate perfectly and I didn’t have to struggle or wait in line. Thanks Pied people
