It won’t even let you earn reward points unless you give them your credit card information? No QR. Won’t let you you even upload a receipt without adding your credit card number. Tried giving my number to the dude at checkout, he inputted it but didn’t receive rewards points for it. This sucks.
New app
New app design is awful. Doesn’t list a menu or what is even available and the vegan meat choice does not show when creating own pizza. Bring back the old app!!! can’t use apply pay anymore and had to enter card information.

The old app was better
The old one had more polish and consistency in layout. The UI got a huge downgrade. My desired payment option isn’t able to be saved and needing to manually enter my receipts for rewards is too much of a hassle. I had pies and perks active, but the new app has seemingly gotten rid of it.

Downgrade from a perfectly functional app
After this newest update you can no longer use Apple Pay to checkout. And only certain cards can be saved for future purchases. Meaning if I want to use the app I have to manually enter my card information each time. These are basic functions for any app in 2026 being removed.

I love this pizza with the fresh ingredients and stone oven cooked is the best. I’m sure not happy to see that they are closing all Hawaii locations. They will be missed.
