Made the app worse with updates
The app used to be very quick and convenient. You would open the app and the first screen you saw was your barcode. Now not only do you need to select to open your barcode, but you need to wait and close however many adds pop up first. Then click the barcode button that is sometimes on top, sometimes not. This is a HUGE time waster at the register. It used to be open the app scan and go. Now it’s open the app… wait for adds to load… fumble fumble fumble… close the adds… find the open barcode button… wait for the barcode to open. It’s not very user friendly. And it used to be WAY better.

Unprepared
They say you get what you pay for. Most 7-11 are always very unprepared with their item. Sofa cups but no lids, hot dogs but no buns. Etc.
