Ambiguous marketing
Just bought a big gulp as per usual. It’s what I do once a day at least ever since 7/11 has been marketing the large big gulp for next to nothing. The price recently went up. Now a big gulp is $1.00 for rewards members. That’s what the display says in small print. Previously I’m not sure you had to actually be a rewards member, although I am. The display, however did not show what size big gulp was $1.00. I decided to test the system to see what the clerk would do in this situation. It rung up $1.99. I said the display doesn’t say what size is $1.00. The clerk said to me that he was sorry, no help, and that the display has red stripes all over it. This was the wrong answer as I felt as if I was stupid for not being able to discern this information from a picture on a funky display taped to the dispensers.

Inbox is very annoying
Over the app ok nothing special. But the in box is very annoying, can’t just look at as is then delete it, you have to open it to read it then it will let you deleted the messages. Unless it is a glitch on my app

New management and improved services
New management from 7-11 corporate started 2 days ago and you can already tell huge improvement. Everything working and restrooms opened for first time in a year. Fresh food available. Awesome

I like coming here but the points that you guys provide is o er kill compared to another where I can get a any size fountain drink for half the points on your medium size offer same thing with the coffee or ice coffee just something you can look into

The promo right now is .50 off a gallon on the 7th and 11th so to fill my equinox it was 22 dollars like hello and today i saved .13 off a gallon if you like to spend lots of money on useless stuff this isnt for you but if your loke me and you ball on a budget download it EASY TO USE

Sometimes…the reward at the pump doesn’t work and the clerk can’t make it work either.

This app is a visible daily blessing, reminding me that good things really do exist in life and that they come from God. Paying for fuel and car washes is such a convenient blessing here. Thank you, God!

Age verification
This app wants to do age verification for certain products. Always fails for me with the vague error “one or more details you provided didn’t pass the 3rd-party verification tests.” Without knowing who the 3rd party is there is no way to check your data!

They charge monthly fee of $10.55 for nothing. I have no subscription and still being charges monthly fee. This unacceptable and theft.
