Worst App Ever
I have downloaded this app 7 times and deleted it 7 times and have still been unable to use the App not even one time. Every time I verify my account, it tell me my account is in use. I have even used every combination using my phone and email and my granddaughter’s phone and email. Her number with my email and every combination you could use so I know it’s the App. It would be nice e and convenient if it works. But I have no clue. You could tell me it’s the best delivery service around but talk is cheap. As far as I’m concerned, it’s the worst and most unreliable delivery service around. Perhaps you fixed the problems and I could try it for myself, I may change this review in the future but until I can try it out, it sucks

Back to back for the past two weekends I haven’t received my orders. There’s no way they can’t find a driver, even when I leave a good tip. I never used to have this issue. Something is wrong & it needs to be fixed. Their customer contact is useless!

Hey there my local store is always giving me some kinda HASSLE every time I enter the store whether it’s watching me put 2 donuts in a bag and then ask me how many I put in the bag and when I answer 2 opening the bag and recounting 2 donuts AT me , whatever OR god forbid I pay in money and count back MY change then I’m told I’m taking too long now that I’ve joined your private little club. They every single time do not include my free drink, even though it’s printed there on the order now I can’t see very well which is why it does. take me a long time to count my change back, but come on. I was told I was holding up the line while there wasn’t any one behind me AND even with 2 employees behind the counter ONE of them was sitting on a stool and stared into his phone while the other guy double down and said oh come on, I have a line full of customers I’m trying to be polite here?? I hate going in there bottom line it’s like don’t sell cigarettes. Don’t sell soft drinks. Just stay home.
