How could the service be worse can’t it’s horrible
I was looking for cigarettes and multiple other over the last three days and I still have nothing except for disputed charges for where you charge me for stuff I didn’t receive including a tip and delivery fee for a driver who never showed up. I am disabled. This app is suitable for no one who has disabilities. It may be one of the worst app for someone disabled I have used since I became disabled in 2020. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of because I’m overly and disabled they keep taking my money and not delivering product or service.

Driver always forgets something and it’s usually someone who doesn’t speak English and sometimes the person doesn’t match the profile.
Online Order
I ordered on the app and when I got to the store they said they cannot figure it out. So now I have wasted a trip and my time because the app/store system is not working correctly..
