Pardon My Cheesecake
Absolutely terrible Cheesecake!! I am pretty sure they just heated it up in a microwave. The bun was all rubbery, which happens in the microwave. Hardly any steak, very thin it is just like the size of a hotdog. Definitely not worth $13. Don’t waste your time, there are much better places to get a cheesesteak.

This app is not for the disabled unless you have someone else Who can set it up? while the services being provided, I’m not willing the app for the disabled is poor.
Driver ran off with order never came to door now I can’t use my card had enough to cover

I am not sure what is going on, within the last week or so I have not been able to place a delivery order due to no drivers.

PS7 of apps
Worst. One might think they have decent/ok products. Try to buy it. They take your money and won’t let you have or touch what you bought or have your money back. The store workers will be rude to you. I call it the ps7 of apps because they took my money in 2 hours after cancelling my order. At least Sony might let people play their games before ripping them off. Bought some cigarettes. They will let you buy them yet you aren’t allowed to have them or your money. Messed up app and place. Don’t think I will be using this app or going into a 7/11 or Speedway much in the future.

Let people add to their order!
I forgot to add a sprite to my order and remembered less than a minute later. If they haven’t even completed assembling the order, it would have been nice to add that so 2 people dont have to deliver such small orders.

Needs inventory tweaks
I love the app but there’s a couple things to adjust. I understand inventory availability is based off the 711 I’m getting from but I have 3 near me, I should be able to choose which I am shopping at.

What a joke.
I stopped using this app for a while because I had the WORST experience ever. I decided to give it another shot and I got 3/10 items… then they only give me back $13 when I paid almost $40 ($15 of which I actually got) …I never should have given them another chance. The workers, the drivers, the stupid bot customer support are all awful. Don’t waste your time or money.

crazy how this app has high ratings. everything i’ve found online searching about this app is that it’s garbage. i wanted 3 things because i’m sick and didn’t want to leave the house and i love 7-11. waiting an hour for 3 things? never again, deleted off my phone. this is the worst delivery app i have ever experienced.

Don’t do it!
The drivers will curse you out and the store on Spring Creek Parkway never gets the order correct and send missing or incorrect orders.
The store is always out of name brand products that they claim is available, once the driver arrives they replace what your actually ordered and replace with what they want you to have. I’m sick and tired of ordering from this store and don’t know why they don’t make available other stores that are nearby.

Not a good app
Not a very good app today was the first day i installed the app and I can't sign up or order anything as a guest even after accepting the privacy policy and I got plenty of rewards on a account I wanna merge smh fix this
Delivered is Optional
I order all the time with them. My problem is they sometimes forget an item so who's going to complain about 1 item however it's a consistent occurrence and when I finally complained they made it seem as if I had a petty complaint and dismissed the issue. No I do not want a $2 refund for a $45 order fix the problem and stop belittling your customers!
