This app only shows a handful of items sold in the store. I noticed this when I visited an actual store and saw more items than in the app. Also some stores are not included on the app

ID Verification is Broken
I can no longer buy age restricted items because the Jumio client won’t let me switch to my back facing camera, and apparently my front facing camera is not a high enough quality for Jumio to accept pictures of my ID. I’ve tried resetting the camera permissions and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Currently in the process of deleting my account and GOOD LORD. I have never had to jump through so many hoops. I have to confirm my email. Then confirm my phone number. Then confirm my ID (spoiler alert, can’t because of your garbage ID verification software) and then have a “good enough” reason??? This is SO sketchy. And in your excitement to fire all of your human CS staff and use an AI, you forgot to actually train that AI, and the result is being “transferred to a human specialist” that doesn’t exist anymore. Every. Single. Time. I need to talk to a person it says “estimated wait is 1-3 minutes” and every single time, I never connect with a real person. Or get any response whatsoever after that last message.

The drivers will curse you out and the store on Spring Creek Parkway never gets the order correct and send missing or incorrect orders.

Constant texts. “Actually we’ll get it to you between x and y”. Followed by a dozen more just like it. “Oops, cancelled, no refund.”
DO NOT USE
I ordered 5 items two energy drinks,(common normal flavor) two pies, and a gallon of milk. 27$ and change. I got no notifications nothings besides it’s here. I go outside and only the milk is there and no one said anything the store or driver. It took me 20 minutes just to figure out how to get a refund or go about it. They refunded 10$. So I paid 17$ for a gallon of milk seriously? Better than 27$ I guess! They won’t get back to me now so I’m stuck with my 17$ gallon of milk(store is only about a mile away from my house)

Awful customer service
I use due to no transportation, so I rely on, but there are often order errors, driver issues, drivers often cancel and reassigned, and I’ve had some really bad customer service experiences.

We got the “GOLD PASS” and they never send our “FREE” slurpees…in other words they don’t honor their word.
