Not reliable
This app does not notify changes on time. I submitted a change on my kid dismissal and nobody was notified, then my kid had to wait at the office to be picked up.
Privacy
Forces user to give location. Unclear about location privacy and what SDKs are used (SDKs are component that most developers use. They often collect private information and sell them, so I can only assume that’s what happening here if not very clear otherwise).
Required credentials every time
very bad experience even by enabling Biometric , if you open the App next day again we need to provide all the credentials
Won’t stay logged in
Tried everything deleted installed again. Have to enter my credentials each time. Then asks if wanna use Face ID. Next time same thing. Annoying as anything
Decent app, could use CarPlay
App works well enough; insisting on continuous location access is really not necessary, such a battery drain and privacy issue. One suggestion is to add CarPlay functionality.
Annoying and worthless
Everything needs an app nowadays including picking up my own children from school. I’m pretty sure my children know whose car to get in since they’ve been riding with me for 15 years. Security, blah blah blah, but we managed the car line for how long before tech bros decided to make life “easier”. Now the school wants to hold my kid hostage until I click their stupid button. Just dumb all around.

Biometrics doesn’t work
This app is fine. My school uses, so I use it.
Nearly every time I log in with username & password, it follows up with a pop up - “use biometrics to login in the future?” Yes / No buttons.
I always hit yes.
NOT ONCE has it used Face ID to login me in. Just my usual password remembering on my phone.
STOP ASKING & getting my hopes up that someday I’ll login with biometrics ( which I assume to mean Face ID)
It’s fine if it doesn’t work. Just STOP WASTING MY TIME & ASKING ME.
This has not happened once. It has happened hundreds of times!? Over several years. Please disable that prompt!!!!

Delegate not intuitive. CarPlay??
The workflow to designate someone else is not very intuitive. And with two schools, it’s annoying that both are always defaulted to announce. More importantly, everyone using this is in their car. Enabling this app in CarPlay to announce would be a huge improvement. Literally just the kids names and a button to click announce.

UI Bugs prevent easy registration
If you register as a new user, you’re basically stuck at the phone number screen as the developer is using a number pad selection and this doesn’t allow it to be minimized and there’s no ability to scroll on the page to select a submit. Maybe an okay app, but who knows, can’t get past the registration link due to bad UI decisions. (And yes, these are app specific and not phone/user issues).

Cannot hit submit
Trying to login and it needs a phone number to confirm identity. Typed in phone number but the number pad covers the submit button so I can not confirm my identity. Terrible place to put the submit button.
Why does this app need to track my location ALL the time?
People: check your location settings and change it immediately! It’s an app that does what an app is supposed to do I suppose. And we all need more apps, with more usernames and passwords, right? Anyway, let’s get down to the real reason. I’m writing this with you: why the h*ll does this app want my location to always be on? The app frequently harasses you to change the preference setting from while using app to always on. Now, why does the app need to know where you are all the time? If you have this thing set to always on, it knows everywhere you go! What do you think they do with this information?

Poorly coded app
Sadly my sons school forces me to use this app, otherwise we go back to the end of the line. The app NEVER keeps either my wife or I logged into the app. Every single day we have to log in. So if I pull up and forget to check the app, back to the end of the line. Should be a simple thing to fix on yalls part. I have deleted and reinstalled the app plenty of times. I have also restored my phone and set it up as a new phone. So that eliminates my phone being the problem.

Trash app

Technical glitches and less happy school
Technical glitches log me out every. single. day. I then have to reenter email and password to access the app despite checking “use biometrics” daily.
In addition, our teachers and students morale is down since using this app. We’re a small school and this feels like a very unnecessary add. It has made our school go from personal to transactional. My child is no longer known by name, but by 620.

Works very well!
Always offline as of two weeks ago
For some reason, the app is always off-line as of two weeks ago. Super frustrating. Support is useless in troubleshooting.
Enjoying the pick up app
The app works great except one time I hadn’t picked up my granddaughter yet but I received an email that she had been picked up. I literally had a heart attack until I saw her.

Very helpful customer service when my email changed. Back in action!
Needs Apple Watch app
The app is Ok, but for the weirdos parents like myself that rarely use their phones, an Apple Watch version to announce that we are in the school would be welcome.
Should be illegal
This app encourages folks to use their cell phones while driving in school zones. Even better, it logs out EVERY DAY so it's even worse you have to log in to the app while driving
