Beginners challenge
The exercises need to be demonstrated first. Rather than going straight into it in which you lose time coz you need time to figure out what ur doing from a still picture. Very poor
Ok Overall But…
(Probably should’ve gaven a 2 star, no good without payment) This app is amazing, with the purchases. Without the purchase you only get 2 days of each challenge, exercise, or workout. I got so flexible from the 2 days. I just wouldn’t get it, because you can’t do anything without the prescription. It’s $20 a year, and something else that’s ridiculously expensive for a month. I would get the app if your willing to pay.
