Worth every penny

Love this app! Able to workout with teachers I wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to. Great for my practice and as a learning tool for my teaching

The source

Pilatesology is THE source for classical pilates both for enthusiasts, teacher trainees, or seasoned teachers. Deeply rooted in Return to Life, the instructors are stellar and provide precise instruction both tactile and verbal cueing. I especially appreciate the exercise encyclopedia that covers from mat to various apparatuses. Pilatesology is the only online source I employ for personal practice to case studies.
