Very happy with my decision!

I’m very glad I discovered Pilatesology. As a complete beginner, I was looking for a place where I could learn traditional Pilates properly, from the very beginning. The classes are clear and well structured, making it easy to build a solid foundation step by step. The trainers are highly competent and explain the exercises in a precise, understandable way. I’m very happy with my decision and would recommend Pilatesology to anyone who wants to learn Pilates properly.

Best for education supplement

I teach Pilates 1:1 as a Pilates Practitioner and find the vast library of classes, workshops and tip videos so valuable as supplements to my Balanced Body education. The app is easy to use and I like the at I can save my favourite videos and categorise the folders too.

Best App

This is probably one of the best Apps I’ve used and downloaded. I use this App many times a week to assist in advancing my practice and to improve my learning as a Mat and Reformer Coach. Having the encyclopedia of exercises is a wonderful especially when you don’t have access to classes or a coach all the time. This resource is making me more confident teaching others and strengthening my practice as well. I can also put on a class and follow along in the comfort of my own home. Love it. Thanks for this APP!!!

My most essential App

Pilatesology does so much for me: it helps me practice regularly. The choice of workouts is endless - they are updated and refreshed regularly; there is a teacher for everyone and whatever your needs on any particular day. I have my favourites and feel so lucky to have their knowledge on tap. You can even change the language!
It also helps me learn and improve my practice - the varied ways of approaching issues, the workshops discussing them, the tips section, the clear explanations for every exercise not to mention the ability to chat with the teachers in the comment section and receive an almost
immediate response!
It is an inspiration and even a crutch for my teaching.
And I love the periodic challenges to wake me up and shake up my routine and show me how easy it is to practice and to change and improve.
Am so grateful to have found this app. I highly recommend it!

Best Pilates app!

I’ve been using Pilatesology for a while now to work out at home, and it’s honestly been a game changer.
The biggest selling point for me is the instructors. You get real, classical Pilates teachers who actually know what they’re doing and explain things super clearly. There’s a huge range of classes and teachers, so whether you have 15 minutes or an hour, you can always find something that fits into your day.
I also love that they have structured programs you can follow. It takes all the guesswork out of what to do next, which makes it way easier to stay consistent. If you want authentic Pilates at home without all the fitness-trend fluff, I definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Pilatesology is the best!

I found my new pilates home. I was searching for classic Joseph Pilates mat classes and was directed here. What a goldmine! The Beginner Progression Series was just what I needed to rebuild strength. The classes are systematically designed to build a strong core first, which I needed as I have been away from Pilates for a while. I am able to keep up, and often repeat a class if needed. In just a few weeks I am feeling stronger, and making great progress.
This is the first online program I’ve found that feels like I am in the studio with classic pilates instructors. The cues are so good that I rarely have to look at the screen.

Easy to use, useful and fun

I am a classical Pilates teacher and absolutely love the Pilatesology app. I can access brilliant teachers’ classes, knowledge and insight which aids my own practice as well as class / session planning. I love that I can save favourites and create playlists and even download videos to watch when I’m not online. The user interface is easy to navigate as is the search and filet functionality.

Longtime Lover

I’ve practiced Pilates my whole life and joined Pilatesology during lockdown. I was blown away by the range of classes, experience of the teachers, and different teaching styles. It’s become the core of my practice even after studios opened back up and it’s deepened my relationship to my body and my siblings (who also use Pilatesology now).

I highly recommend Pilatesology for anyone coming from a classical background who’s trying to broaden your skills and strengthen your abilities, no matter your age or capacity!

Amazing for classical Pilates!

What a fabulous resource! Brilliant workouts across the whole range of equipment, and I especially love the ‘encyclopedia’ sections showing a video for each exercise in the series for each piece of equipment. Feels like being part of a global community and has really deepened my home practice!

Effective and inspiring

I love Pilatesology! The classes are such an inspiration for Pilates lovers - and really let you connect deep to the method.

This is awesome!

As a new instructor Pilatesology has helped me a lot especially with planning classes. There are tons of videos and material to choose from. I am able to learn from the instructors on the videos and find cues to help my own clients. It’s awesome!

Pilatesology is the first and original authentic Pilates online app. This source can be trusted and is reliable for correct and true to the source Pilates classes, observation, review, CEC, and supportive learning. There is a wide variety of very credible well known teachers to experience within the site. There is a large and growing collection of great classes to choose from and fresh content is regularly updated. The app is reasonably priced, runs smoothly and is simple to navigate. The Pilatesology app has been my first and only choice since its inception. There is really no comparison to any other available Pilates app.
