Updates are making me mad.
Whatever is going on with their latest update is irritating. I open the app and my login credentials are “unable to validate” what the heck. Face ID disappeared, I had to change my login ID, and now nothing work again but the Face ID feature looks like it back but I can’t get in to activate it!

Website is horrible , app is horrible, when I try to reset my password wants way to much information that is always “incorrect” or “unable to process at this time” Feel that the app should be on a level such as other bank apps. Has a very clunky and old feeling. Ridiculous that you need to enter a password just to transfer funds then again it’s unable to work half the time. Prompts you to contact the bank. Lots of fraud since opening the account went through 5 cards in less then a year. All in all not a great experience and will be moving towards something that is more reliable and more up to date with technology and security.

My car was just financed through this CU and I hope the service isn’t as bad as this app and the website. I thought I was creating a login for Pinal County but I was wrong. It was for Fort Knox. Then I finally get logged in, you can’t even make a payment like the letter I got said you could! The only way to make a payment using an outside bank is as a guest! Huh? How do I even know if the payment is going to the right account? I can’t wait to refinance elsewhere

Used to be good, but has lost features and consistency
Since the website has such cumbersome design and operation, I’ve been regularly using the mobile app for years. It was pretty good for quite awhile, but recent updates appear to have removed the ability to use Face ID. In addition, password prompts occur EVERY time you initiate a transfer. The Zelle functions work about 50% of the time…and sometime the option doesn’t even display in the app? Not sure when these changes/bugs crept in, but overall, the app is heading the wrong direction…

I think the website for managing money is terribly confusing. Hard to understand and manage. I even went into the bank to have someone explain part of it to me and they didn’t understand it either. I’ve used Wells Fargo’s bill pay site for 25 years and have never had any trouble figuring it out.

I’ve been with this service since 2000. They have been my bank for 20 years and always gives me the best service, and everything I need for the services I need. It’s definitely a place to save your money, use your money, or do whatever you’d like to do.

Auto camera plz
Would be better if camera was automatic once the check was aligned. Sometimes trying to press capture while centering can mess up the picture.

I was able to log in, check my balances, and transfer money. As far as I can tell it all worked fine. A few design choices are questionable but in the end it works, and that's all that matters.
