Mixed bag
The cleaners I’ve had come have all been great and done a fantastic job. Unfortunately, this is unreliable, because sometimes they will cancel at the last minute, not show up, and not tell you.
THIEVES
PINCH uses words like trusted, guaranteed, and vetted to describe their services and cleaners. This was not the case however after they stole over $700 that was very well hidden throughout the apartment. Multiple attempts to get ahold of someone in customer service and absolutely no response. Would not trust these people again and will never recommend, no matter how big of a “pinch” they’re in.

Not great
Booked a last minute service - late the night before they asked if they could come at 7am Vs 8am.
I said that was fine. I got 3 kids up, dressed and ready to leave the house by 7am on a Saturday. About 7:30, I went to the app to message to see if they were just running behind & the whole service was deleted and the chat that had been there the day before was gone. No word from anyone saying something came up & they couldn’t come. Very disappointing.
App was easy to use, but don’t like the feature that the chat can be deleted with no way of getting ahold of the cleaning service. Maybe they can work the kinks out with time.

Don’t waste your time
I downloaded this app it’s one of the worst the notifications come in late I’ve had it for over two weeks and not once did I see a job it’s not a lot of work available and if your in the New Jersey area don’t even waste your time
Great!
I used Pinch right before I had a baby. It was a lifesaver and so easy to use. It was so nice I was able to chat with my cleaner to talk about specifics before she came. She did a wonderful job and will be using her again!
