Mixed bag
The cleaners I’ve had come have all been great and done a fantastic job. Unfortunately, this is unreliable, because sometimes they will cancel at the last minute, not show up, and not tell you.
THIEVES
PINCH uses words like trusted, guaranteed, and vetted to describe their services and cleaners. This was not the case however after they stole over $700 that was very well hidden throughout the apartment. Multiple attempts to get ahold of someone in customer service and absolutely no response. Would not trust these people again and will never recommend, no matter how big of a “pinch” they’re in.

Not great
Booked a last minute service - late the night before they asked if they could come at 7am Vs 8am.
I said that was fine. I got 3 kids up, dressed and ready to leave the house by 7am on a Saturday. About 7:30, I went to the app to message to see if they were just running behind & the whole service was deleted and the chat that had been there the day before was gone. No word from anyone saying something came up & they couldn’t come. Very disappointing.
App was easy to use, but don’t like the feature that the chat can be deleted with no way of getting ahold of the cleaning service. Maybe they can work the kinks out with time.

Don’t waste your time
I downloaded this app it’s one of the worst the notifications come in late I’ve had it for over two weeks and not once did I see a job it’s not a lot of work available and if your in the New Jersey area don’t even waste your time
Great!
I used Pinch right before I had a baby. It was a lifesaver and so easy to use. It was so nice I was able to chat with my cleaner to talk about specifics before she came. She did a wonderful job and will be using her again!
A few issues
I am a cleaner and had been trying to use this app but nothings coming up it’s just blank I don’t know what to do I reached out to customer service but no answer I will update if I can get further assistance
Fast & Efficient!
I needed a cleaning before my family came in town, last minute of course. Using the updated app makes it super easy to book a cleaning fast and to book my favorite cleaner from before. You can now pay & tip all in the app!! So easy and everything is in one place. I'll be using again very soon!!!
Saved Christmas!
I operate a number of Airbnb‘s, and when none of our cleaners were available on Christmas Eve I was looking at the prospect of ditching my family to get the job done myself. This was especially difficult as we had come home from the hospital with our newborn that morning.
I found PINCH and almost within minutes I was able to line up a cleaner for the house. I was able to handle all communication with the cleaner and share house details without having to leave my own home. I stopped buy the house after the work was done to check in, and all was done as asked and done well.
Since then, I’ve used PINCH again in similar time crunch situations where we had last minute cleaner cancellations, and I was just as happy as the first time.
I could not recommend this APP enough! Thank you PINCH!

Christmas Miracle
First impressions go a long way. It is Christmas Eve and I realize that my vacation home has a new tenant coming in on Dec 26th. My normal "go to" cleaner is out of town and I am slowly realizing that I may need to clean the unit myself. An acquaintance of mine told me about the PINCH App, a few weeks earlier but I hadn't downloaded it yet. Naturally, I got caught up with the holidays and the fact that my wife just gave birth to our second child 3 days earlier. On December 26th at 8:45 am, I realized I needed to gather some supplies and head over to the vacation house to clean myself. At this point, I I decided to give the App a try as I figured I had nothing to lose. PINCH promotes that you can get your house cleaned the same day anyhow. To my surprise, a cleaner picked up my job within minutes.
I coordinated all the details of the turnover with the cleaner in the chat feature on the App. I was able to handle everything from the comfort of my own home and didn't have to leave my wife home with two small kids. The cleaner showed up a few hours later and had the entire place clean before my next tenant arrived at 3:00pm. Awesome. Just awesome. The App worked as advertised and I certainly will use it again.

Insanely Fast
I needed a cleaning service when my normal cleaner couldn’t fit us in our schedule. The App was intuitive and the pricing was cheaper than our current cleaner. The job was accepted almost immediately and our cleaner was professional and went above and beyond what our normal cleaner would have done. We were so happy that we are using the App as our regular cleaning service from now on.

Fast. Easy. Convenient
I booked a cleaning service and was blown away by how easy it was to get an excellent cleaning! My house never looked so good and using the app was seamless!
1st Clean is always the best clean!
I’ve had the mindset that workers can fall into the trance of doing the same thing every time they show up. There may be some positives to this, but with PINCH, I get a new cleaner whenever I want. They always try to impress! Love it!
Easy, Breezy & Squeaky Clean
I used Pinch for the first time a few weeks ago and was amazed at how seamless the process was! Signing up and scheduling took just a few minutes, Jussara reached out to confirm the details via the chat feature — I even had to reschedule the time after the fact and she was extremely flexible and able to work around my availability. Not only was there great communication on the app, but Jussara ensured all my cleaning needs were met as well. Thrilled with the results and I’m looking forward to “pinching” on a regular basis now!

Blown away in Mt Pleasant
Great service! App was so easy to use. The cleaner assigned to my pinch job communicated clearly and effectively to get the appointment set up and to let me know they hit traffic and were running a few mins late. The cleaning job was beyond perfection. My house has never been so clean!! Could not recommend any more!

Pinch exceeds expectations!
I was in a literal “pinch” and decided to use this app for a newly leased commercial deep clean prior to a move in. Time was of the essence. As someone who is barely computer literate, I found the app to be easy to navigate. After describing the “pinch,” I received a reply instantly. Jussara interacted with me directly to make sure she understood everything I needed completed and the required timeframe. The thorough cleaning was finished in less than 12 hours later. The job was fantastic. I cannot recommend this app enough.

Used PINCH recently for a last minute house cleaning. The app was incredibly easy to use, someone replied to my request almost immediately and my house was clean in a matter of a day. They did a great job too!! Highly recommend!
