App disappear

I agree that this app is really nice, but when My mom downloaded the app and even bought items , the next day the app disappeared, we even went to play store to find the app to re-download but couldn’t even find the app . The app just disappear. I don’t know what happened to the purchased items or how we could get it. We can’t even refund it even if we want to because the app is Just Not There. :/

Payment problems

It’s been fine for so long till u guys decide to officially enter the Singapore market and now every few other days we have issues making payment. First, WeChat now can’t use youtrip to pay and now PayLah option is not showing. Bad user experience seriously.

customer service in English and live agent !
The term and condition to use the voucher. also not clear to because it’s in Chinese version .
This apps still not friendly usage !
