What does this app do?
This app is a platform for buying and selling pre-owned items, with a strong emphasis on official quality inspections. It aims to build trust by providing detailed inspection reports for each item, ensuring buyers know exactly what they are getting and sellers have a reliable way to offload their used goods.
How does the official inspection work?
The app has established quality inspection centers and a large team of inspectors who conduct rigorous checks on pre-owned items. Each 'official inspection' item undergoes dozens of checks, and a detailed report is generated to make the item's condition transparent. This process guarantees authenticity and provides buyers with peace of mind.
What are the benefits of selling through this app?
Selling through the app's 'Zhuan Zhuan Recycling' service reduces risks associated with personal transactions. It offers free home pickup via SF Express, professional quality inspection, and fast payments upon price satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with the price, you can simply return the item without worry.
Does the app offer returns or warranties?
Yes, for 'official inspection' items, the platform guarantees quality and offers a 7-day no-reason return policy. This ensures that buyers can purchase pre-owned items with confidence, knowing they have after-sales support and warranty services.
Is this app free to use?
