Poor customer service

I have requested pine labs to generate a static QR to use for off one transactions, in case of issues with machine or internet connectivity. After waiting for more than 6 months they have not been able to provide me with QR. The representative have not been clue on what a they are doing, sending me in circles of opening and closing a ticket. They don’t have a dedicated support for escalations. Which makes it’s hard to reach them
