Bad Reception
Friend told me reception is a 1/10 from their end.. After bad review from phone screening from possible job interview

AI prompts are awful
The chat displays AI prompts that blur the conversation and can’t be easily dismissed. It displays these prompts after I send messages and the suggested texts are not even helpful.

Scam
After doing the most recent update , it won’t let me read messages for more than a few seconds. It blurs them out for about 30 seconds at a time. Ridiculous attempt to get me to pay to remove ads. The service sucks. My calls always drop and everyone gets annoyed because how bad it sounds when I call or people call me. No thanks

Can’t use dial pad during calls
The text and calling works GREAT except for when you need to select options on the dial pad DURING a call.

Downloaded the app and put me through registration process only to tell me I have to get a new phone

Sure I’m am going to buy a new phone now just because u tricked me! Even then u shouldn’t use pinger because they are always first to block u out of your account for not having the newest phone!! I’m sure they get kick backs from phone companies and give their users the finger treatment

The calls ALWAYS go from EXCELLENT service to POOR immediately. Then it drops the call

Can’t login verification don’t work. They send you a code you enter it. You go to login and get stuck in a verification loop. I just deleted the app.

Missed messages
I’ve missed so many messages and the other person resends them and they still don’t come through. Might just uninstall and use something else. Don’t bother using this app if they don’t fix this issue and many more that others have mentioned.

Amazing app, compared to others!
I have been using pinger since 2013 when I was a kid with a iPad and iPod and I could now call my parents! Now grown up and owning a business I have found my way back to pinger using it as a business line. It’s been perfect for my business and customers, and great to keep my personal and business separate. Being compatible with many devices, I never miss a text or call - improving my business. All in all Pinger and their sister companies have been flawless dating all the way back when I made my first phone call.
