I really hate that. I can’t listen to the music while I shop. It makes me stop shopping and I feel like the website is way better than the app.

Now I understand when guys say that can’t change barbers. I tried to switch to Gia but it all peels off but I have soooo much vintage pink outfits and new ones coming in and been a lover of this brand since I first saw this brand.

Why does this app stop my music or videos from playing EVERY TIME I open the app. Fix this it’s ridiculous!

This app is not legit
My card info was stolen using this app and charged in a state I don’t live in also I got info from Apple that my password was compromised. I checked the info on this app and it was linked to napp.oi Be careful guess with these shopping apps
Whats going on?
I can never use the app, every time i try theres an error message and it crashes, whats the point in having an app when i need to use the website anyways?
App won’t allow me to continue after I log in into my account
I love the app but somehow this update has kicked me out of my account and says “enrollment request failed.” I want to keep using the app but this makes me feel disappointed that my app won’t let me use my account and have to be a guest to place an order.
No in-store pickup
Try to do in-store pickup at several locations and it is not allowing ANY panties purchases. A pair of socks it allowed. Pointless of an app for a cardholder to jump through hoops to support a business.
VSPINK
I love my VSPINK and VS apps…the only complaint is the password can’t be automatically saved through our IOS PASSWORD saving feature, we can’t change our passwords on your VSPINK and VS apps there isn’t even a forgot password reset option?! Needs work people!

I can NEVER access my account?!
Every single time I try to log in to see an order I recently made I can't log in. Everytime I call customer support they have the wrong email on file (mind you i've changed it in store along with on the phone with a representative). I asked why that was still on the account at all and she said don't worry I changed it... but so did 3+ people before you...I just got off the phone with a Customer service representative, and they seriously told me that i have to log in on a computer.... so what is the point of having an app....
I love shopping here but the online process is absolutely dreadful. I've had to call every time I want to access my account, and even then, I literally don't have access to my account.

WTH pink
If I could give a half a star I would I ordered two packages from pink and the first package got her early which was awesome but am pretty sure that just the delivery company, but anyways I ordered a package on DECEMBER 12 and I had yet to get an update on the package AND it said it would arrive the 18 of December so I was like okay perfect, fast forward I kept checking to see if there was an update on my package and guess what their was none UNTIL the 16th of December I get an email that said your package has been shipped and I go yay my package is going to get her on time NOPE I was wrong I kept checking and checking and I see that the delivery company HASENT EVEN GOTTEN THE PACKAGE YET its December 17th and the package is supposed to get here tomorrow but it says the 22 but the company has yet to receive my PACKAGE and I check when it’s the last day to get Christmas delivery or something and it says that it’s a 3 BUSINESS DAY WAIT I have been waiting for a week now it’s about to be two weeks and I have yet to be able to track my package and see it on the way to my house but people who bought Christmas delivery get their stuff first as if I didn’t order it many days prior and the excuse is “ it’s the weather so packages my be delayed ” my package has been delayed for several days now and they didn’t even bother to tell me til the 14th of December.

TERRIBLE DEALS!!
Every time I get on this app I feel like I’m being scammed. There’s suppose to be SALES for black Friday!! Tell me why 3 days before Black Friday an item is $35 including shipping etc, but then as soon as Black Friday hits the price of the item ONLY goes down by $2?? That is not a sale!! Don’t waste your money! I hope businesses that do this end up having to shut down. Don’t get me wrong, the stuff on here is cute-but getting both panties and bras shouldn’t cost more than $80.

Very bad customer service
Try to exchange some expensive items , and because it was another store they were very rude, mind you I had the receipt
Order problem
I received the wrong package and when i told them they sent me a new package but refused to send me a seasonal Christmas dog that i purchased along with my package. Due to the time i was forced to reorder. I am upset that a problem with in the store became my problem.
New upgrade not good
Trying to download the new upgrade and it’s not upgrading it also having trouble wanting to pay my bill and it’s not letting me
Too many bugs and tech issues
The app is working very bad lately. Can’t login to my account anymore from the first time, the app just keeps loading. Not able to place an order online anymore since my VS credit card is not located under my account. So have to use customer service chat every time I want to place order and tell them all item numbers. Shopping with VS app is not fun anymore. Tech team needs help with getting the job done
