Trouble with app as well as pinnacle

Have had a decent amount of security problem with pinnacle when I first set up my account so I decided to just keep my credit card and it says a lot that I don’t have credit and are holding my payments for extended periods of time even though I always pay in full probably will cancel my card with them

FAQ

What does Pinnacle Bank Card Control do?

This app helps protect your debit and credit cards by providing real-time transaction alerts and allowing you to set custom usage controls. You can define when, where, and how your cards are used, and receive immediate notifications for any activity, aiding in the quick detection of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

What are the key features for controlling card usage?

Key features include setting up transaction alerts for PIN and signature transactions, enabling location-based controls to restrict usage to specific geographic areas, establishing spending limits, monitoring transactions by merchant category (e.g., gas, groceries), and a card on/off setting to instantly disable or enable your card.

Is there a cost to use Pinnacle Bank Card Control?

Based on the provided information, the app is available for free. There are no mentions of subscription fees, in-app purchases, or advertisements, suggesting it is a complimentary service for users.

How does the location-based control feature work?

Location-based controls use your phone's GPS to restrict transactions to merchants within a certain range of your current location. Alternatively, the 'My Region' control allows you to define specific cities, states, countries, or zip codes, and transactions requested outside these defined regions can be declined.

Can I use this app to prevent fraudulent activity?

Yes, the app is designed to help prevent fraudulent activity. By setting up immediate transaction alerts, you can quickly detect unauthorized usage. The ability to set spending limits, control where and when your card is used, and even turn your card off instantly provides multiple layers of security against fraud.
