I haven’t been working for a year switching money from one account to another sometimes I don’t get enough in on time and I’m supposed to have a headset to tell me when I don’t have enough but it’s not and I keep getting NSS fees, which is ridiculous when the money is there

PLEASE FIX THIS: Face ID
2026 Another year gone by and I hate this card even more. The feature where they shut your Face ID off at the drop of the hat sucks! They do it regularly, plus, it does it by itself… this feature is nearly unusable and the developers and the bank simply don’t care.
I recommend find another bank!

I like having a mobile app, and I like the Face ID feature; however, I dislike how the app keeps shutting the “Use Face ID” feature off by itself all the time! This has been an issue across multiple updates, it’s time to get this fixed… don’t you think? Even when the phone updates, the settings should be remembered and restored on the update, but this happens all the time, not just with updates!
I have iPhone 14 ProMax iOS#17.3.1
The PB app is current.
It would almost be better to not have this feature at all than to keep shutting it off all the time; I mean, if you say something has “this feature or that feature,” you kinda raise the level of expectation, don’t you? For example, if you get married, like Jacob did with Leah (Genesis 29:17, 23~25), then wake up the next morning and discover she’s “butt ugly,” which he did, then you’re wanting to start investing it time travel!
Ok that’s a bad example, so If you buy a car that claims it has a heater, you may not bundle up quite so much in the winter. If you expect heat, and it quits working all the time, then the car ends up in the repair shop, right? That where this app needs to be! Please fix this, it’s annoying!
On the other hand, maybe my phone has a “Spiritual Issue,” like the one James describes here…

U want to know what to know of what to do in money
Great except instant balance is not instant
The app is very handy, especially for mobile deposits. Unfortunately, for me, instant balance asks for info every time instead of saving it.
Can't log in half the time.
If I want to check my balance, it's about a 50/50 shot that the app is functioning. The website has NEVER worked for me either.
App is horrible
Constantly fails to log in crashes. Keeps saying to call the help number. It completely erased my password one day. I’m about ready to switch banks because of this
Is this 2001?
This app is so outdated, and is constantly logging me out of my Face ID and when I try my password it gives an error. I have to close out the app some times more than once to let it log me in. Come on Pinnacle, it’s 2025! Update your app, get bill pay on here like all the other banks have this day and age. I’m highly considering switching banks because this app is just so bad.

Bad app - rip off
One of the worst banking apps ever. Hardly any functions compared to other banks. They hide a $7.50 monthly usage fee for the app. Do not get.
Easy to use
This app is very easy to and super convenient. I don't know how I ever got along without it. Works especially well as I manage multiple family accounts. Makes moving money easy.

I can’t log into my account so I went to the bank to talk to the staff about the issue they said it was most likely an issue on their side but they refuse to fix the issue

I am constantly having to reenter my password when tapping my instant balance. What is the point of having touch instant balance if it doesn’t work? Also it looks outdated and features are outdated. Definitely not as nice as my previous bank. Needs an upgrade.
Best bank I’ve ever had.
Love this bank. Some of the most reasonable and honest services I’ve ever experienced. They have helped me achieve life goals I never even thought I could imagine. Many of my friends have switched bank’s because of my high praise I give Pinnacle. And they are happy they did.
Used to be great now it barely works
The card lock function barely works at times and sometimes just doesn’t open for a good 10 minutes when u click on the card tab it’s absolutely abysmal

Slowest banking app i’ve ever used
Constantly stuck on spinning wheels and loading screens. Very irritating
