Noise cancelling works well
After having these earphones for two years, can say I love them. The charge port option has been super useful, the noise cancelling option works great for filtering out consistent noise/atmosphere; not distinct sounds mind you. Great bass, the usb-C adapter is useful for all devices. My major suggestion/wish is to have the base cable be usb-C instead of the proprietary weird plug so you can just have the headset without the added adapter (s). Reliability is great too. This app paired with the Rayz pros is just what I needed for both a noisy environment and for great sounding music on iOS.
Great concept, great execution
Wired earbuds may seem like a step backwards but in this case, it is not. Powered off the device, these buds provide great sound and super noise reduction without having to worry about battery life. For air travel, these are ideal.
Stopped working
Brand new. After two weeks of light use stopped working mid-song. iPhone claimed it suddenly wasn’t compatible. The app is stuck in the start up loop so I can’t get to firmware update.

The Future of Wired Headphones
This app is a joy to use. Since I’ve downshifted bluetooth use due to increasing sound quality and decreasing RF radiation, I exhaustively searched for wired in-ears without a battery that had ANC/Transparency modes, etc. Basically AirPods Pro or Beats Fit Pro without the radiation and better sound. I found them in the Rayz Pro run by this delightful app that configures them for you. With wired headphones becoming more popular again, I hope Pioneer continues to make these and tout them.

Very good noise cancelling, HearThru is awesome, and Smart Mute is a life changer!
The fact that you can customise the equalizer takes it over the top.
Once you configure things to your liking in the app, the settings are saved to the earphones which is super helpful when switching between my iPhone on Lightning and my Windows laptop on USB-C since it gives a consistent performance and functionality no matter which device or VOIP app I am using it with (eg. Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or even just a plain old telephone call).

Bring back the voice isolation
It was my uniquely favorite headphones and what makes it unique and awesome is the voice isolation but this feature have been removed and i have been disappointed since then bring back the voice isolation feature please.
The app for the casual audiophile!
There is really nothing like these headphones on the market right now. I’ve looked at a lot of them and the razee features urges barn and the best. The auto mute, the dimmer volume pause or when you take the headphones off automatically, and the boys isolation on your microphone. All these features just add up for one heck of a set of earbuds. The best wired earbuds on the market and this app is so robust it really drives the deal home. Highly recommend i!! 🎧 💨 🤯

It does its job but auto pause doesn’t work
The app works fine and does what it needs to but one of the best advertised features - automatically pausing music when the earphones are removed from your ears - doesn’t work.

Just got them for a flight and had several different brand headphones and these are amazing!

It has loads of features and calibration for your ears. Noise cancellation, equalizer, plenty of ear fittings and extra fittings and even tells you if you have a good ear fit. Plus much more. It’s extension allows you to charge power and use at the same time if you are Cozy at home and use your phone for extended periods. This all makes up for a being a cord. I threw all my blue tooth’s away. I wasn’t going to send 500ish for the same sound. I am a little hard of hearing. Now I have save up to get my wife on of these. 😍

The app is great and all but it would be amazing if you could add hear thru to our smart button list it would be a very useful feature to have at the click of a button
Not for iPad Pro
The features I was looking to use on my iPad Pro are not available because the iPad Pro will not recognize the earbuds within this app. I really wanted the smart mute and voice isolation features while working from home with a busy family....too bad!
Best headphones
Almost three years now. Great customer service too! Emailed them for foam replacements and was quickly accommodated.
Impossible to make a “real” call
It’s an ok system if you don’t want to have a phone call. Impossible to be heard correctly. Support team doesn’t help efficiently. Too bad. Got better performance from bose and sony.
