Clunky, not a true CRM
Terrible functionality, lackluster support and the app doesn't allow you to log in. You get stuck at the log in screen. When and if you get support they talk down to you like you're not smart enough to understand the program.

Had a customer ask about something we discussed months ago. Pulled up the notes on my phone in seconds and looked like a rockstar.
Love the offline mode
I work in a lot of warehouses and job sites with bad wifi. Being able to work offline and sync later is honestly a must have for me.
My whole team actually uses it
Getting salespeople to update a CRM is like pulling teeth. Not anymore. This app is simple enough that everyone uses it without complaining.
No wifi no problem
Offline access means I can prep for meetings even when Im in a dead zone. Everything syncs when Im back online. Super smooth.
