Can’t use discount or credit codes
I’m DONE, DONE, DONE! Actually I’m WELL DONE!! Could not use the credit on my account on the website or app. I’ve had this problem in the past with discount codes also! I like the product and have purchased many for myself, family, and friends. However this has been very frustrating so I would like you to remove me from your email and text lists. I tried to live chat with someone but that didn’t connect either. I have been online for a couple of hours to try to purchase a couple mugs and wine tumblers.

Horrible customer service
They ignored my order for two weeks. Sent it after Christmas after several complaints and after I told them to cancel my order and refund everything, including the expedited shipping, which I had paid for. I will never. Do business With this company again.

I’ve downloaded the shop app. I’ve downloaded the Piper Lou app. I’ve gone on Piper Lou website absolutely no help at all. No chat option. No phone number. No email unable to cancel my order so disappointed and so aggravated right now even tried Instagram which I never use. Unbelievable.
Frustrated
Never received order. Payed extra to get next day. That was 12/10/24. Can’t track it either. Rip off. Was for a Christmas party this last week.

I cannot find any tracking number or any way to track my order I placed on December 3 it’s for three water bottles and it’s one of the Christmas gifts. I was really looking forward to giving because until this order I loved Piper Lou but I’m very stressed out trying to track this last order I made and there’s no way to get a hold of you. I’m still looking for a phone number. And now it won’t let me send this to you so I will just send this to yelp. Thank you very much Piper Lou.

This app is not any better than using a website. Usually when you load a company’s app, you have access to your account and other features. All you can do on this app is shop. If I want to look at my account and track my shipment, I can’t do it using the app. I have to go to the website, so why do I need this app? Uninstalling it now.

Ordering
When ordering from Piper Lou, I expect to be able to track my order with the provided tracking number. I ordered cups for Christmas and they showed up late and I couldn’t track them because the tracking number was invalid with the United States Postal Service. I just placed an order a few days ago and once again I cannot track my order with the tracking number provided by Piper Lou. The United States Postal Service says that tracking number does not exist. And when I try to track it via Piper website when I click on track my order, nothing happens. It sits there and does absolutely not one thing. From here on out I will suggest that not one person order anything from this website because you cannot talk to a person and tracking numbers are invalid so it’s potluck whether you get what you ordered.

App maybe not keeping up with iOS updates?
Entire sections of the app don't function. If you're going to make an app for your business selling expensively priced themed attire and cups, your app should reflect the premium you charge and the quality you claim your products embody.
This app tells me I'm buying something made in a sweatshop from subpar materials that won't survive one wash cycle. So yeah, maybe take a look at those 404 men's products buttons, the eternal beachball chat service button, the notifications of "B1G3" sales that say code doesn't apply to cart (of items selected solely from link from the sale notification)... Just a total, in your parlance, "$hit$how."

Old school tumblers
I love the old school tumblers ! They just hold up better with my husband taking them to work in construction. I wish there were more choices and replacement lids available.
