Πιστεύω οτι θα ηταν πιο ευκολο να βρισκει καποιος αμεσα και ευκολα τα iban των λογαριασμών, να φαινονται πι κονησεις των καθε λογαριασμών ξεχωριστα στο app και οι πληρωμες στο πανελ να φαίνονται ξεκάθαρα με εισροες και εκροες

Nice easy app to use if Greek is not your first language. Somethings are sometimes difficult to find, but are always there if you look hard enough.

Entitled and deeply disfunctional
The app is incapable to deliver basic functionality. The app prompts you to double authenticate at every stage, give us your email double authentication, input your password double authetication, set limits double authentication. Luckily for us the developer hasn’t made sure that messages are actually sent at every step and the “Resend pin” button is not working. So one reaches a stage where their only option is to exit and try everything from scratch again from the Log in page. This isn’t that surprising, whether I go in store or call online support this is exactly the level of deep unapologetic incompetence one will encounter entrenched in the entitled culture of this bank. Unclear why Piraeus advertises itself as an international bank when they run like a derelict digitally inept and disastrously digitised public sector organisation void of any understanding or care for basic user and customer needs. Their tech is the same as their in store or online customer service a page from the 1940s.

Not sure why when I try to send money to a recipient, (within and beyond Piraeus) for whom I have just typed the account number, the bank DOES NOT disclose the full name of the recipient. Is this because Piraeus wants customers to make mistakes and send the money anywhere? Are you serious?

Σύστημα για γέλια
Λυπούμαι παρά πολύ αλλά το ηλεκτρονικό σας σύστημα με δυο λέξεις μπορεί να περιγραφεί. Η πρώτη είναι Πειραιώς. Η δεύτερη δεν λέγεται λόγω ευπρέπειας αλλά είναι ταυτόσημη με την κοινή ονομασία του οίκου ανοχής. Και επειδή για το γελοίο αυτό σύστημα και την παντελη απουσία κρυπτογράφησης και συνεπώς ασφαλείας λογαριασμών και συναλλαγών δεν ευθύνονται οι εργαζόμενοι αλλά η ηγεσία ας ενημερωθούν ότι δεν τρώμε κουτόχορτο. Ξέρουν πολύ καλά τι πρέπει να κάνουν, και όπως λέμε συνήθως «με π……s δεν βάφεις αυγά». Χρειάζονται κάποια εκατομμύρια για σοβαρά συστήματα κρυπτογράφησης και όχι αυτά που φτιάχνονται από τις τεχνικές υπηρεσίες σας.

An app similar to a bald guy going to the barber. Pointless.
Unreasonably complicated. Pointless otp authentications on every step. Let alone the bank charges (which have nothing to do with the app design but are part of the client journey)
Easy to use!
Easy and straight forward to pay our deposit to our supplier.
