Terrible app
IRIS does not work!! You cannot update uour details with pdf proofs and the Branch demands pieces of paper! In a digital world …..horrendous

Your security team could not have chosen a worse way to authenticate and verify recipients.
When I need to pay someone, I don’t always know how they spell their names and in some cases I know how they spell their names in Greek but you demand that I do it in English.

Customer service number doesn’t answer any calls - waiting on deposit no pending no understanding!

The app lags behind competing banking apps in both performance and features, crashes frequently and the QR code scanner is unreliable.

Πιστεύω οτι θα ηταν πιο ευκολο να βρισκει καποιος αμεσα και ευκολα τα iban των λογαριασμών, να φαινονται πι κονησεις των καθε λογαριασμών ξεχωριστα στο app και οι πληρωμες στο πανελ να φαίνονται ξεκάθαρα με εισροες και εκροες

Nice easy app to use if Greek is not your first language. Somethings are sometimes difficult to find, but are always there if you look hard enough.
