PitaraAI - private note taker

PitaraAI is the meeting notebook Half of your working life happens out loud: meetings, calls, interviews, hallway chats. By tomorrow, most of it is gone. No bot joins your call. Nothing to invite, nothing your guests have to see. Pitara records from your phone and turns your whole day into a memory you can keep, ask, and share. WHY PITARA IS DIFFERENT - Transcription runs on your phone with a state-of-the-art speech model. No cloud transcription, no per-minute metering. - Recordings stay on your device. The app has no audio upload path. - Your notes live in an encrypted vault, unlocked with Face ID. - We never train AI models on your recordings, transcripts, or notes. - Works for in-person conversations, interviews, and calls that were never on a calendar. CAPTURE EVERY CONVERSATION - Live transcription as you speak, even with no internet connection. - Speaker labels separate who said what, with name suggestions drawn from your calendar event. - A second, more accurate pass runs automatically after you stop. - Play back the recording with a waveform synced to the transcript. NOTES THAT WRITE THEMSELVES - Type shorthand during the meeting, then let Smartify expand it into clean prose using the transcript as context. - Snap a whiteboard or a printed page and turn it into editable note text. - Rich notes with formatting, tables, and photos. AI THAT REMEMBERS EVERYTHING - Summaries tailored to your role: sales, product, user research, engineering, leadership, and more. - Ask anything across all your meetings and notes. Answers come with citations that jump straight to the source. - Choose the model that answers you, including Gemini and GPT. ORGANIZED AND IN SYNC - One account across iPhone, desktop, and web. - Offline-first: recording, transcription, and search work with no connection, then sync when you are back online. - Google Calendar and Outlook integration shows what is coming up and links notes to events. - Browse your folders, search everything, and recover anything from a 30-day trash. PRIVACY, PLAINLY - Transcription happens on-device in the app. AI answers, summaries, and photo text extraction use secure cloud models. - Encrypted on your device, in transit, and at rest. - Notes are excluded from device backups, and the app hides its contents in the app switcher. - Delete your account and all data any time, right from the app. Questions or feedback? support@pitara.ai Privacy Policy: https://pitara.ai/legal/privacypolicy Terms of Service: https://pitara.ai/legal/tos
