Do Not Update to v. 1.0.18 Broke
Have a USB-C scopearound endoscope. Worked great on version 1.0.15 but since updating to 1.0.18 it no longer takes photos or video and worse it removed all my saved photos and videos of my eardrum from surgery.
Will update review if developer fixes this.
11/20/25 Another update but app still broke. No longer takes photos or video through app. Have to use my camera screenshot to take photo of my eardrum. Video does not work. No customer service sent many requests no response.
12/24/25 Another app update and still broke. Still does not take pics or video. But it keeps asking you to give full permission to access ALL your photos? Why does this app now want access to all my photos? Even the sample photos of the app show it won’t take photos or video there blank. What a rip off you buy the ScopeAround and the booklet tells you to download this app and it doesn’t work anymore after version 1.0.15

Finally this developer updated and fixed this app issue. It now takes photos again using my ScopeAround endoscope and saves them to my library so I can’t lose them. I have updated my star count from 1 star up to 4 stars. It took almost a year but finally it’s fixed!! Thanks

Stopped working after 15 minutes
Easy to use in Android and iPhone, until it stops working. I tried all the troubleshooting tips. The camera did go through a small amount of water while we were threading it through a pipe - don’t know if that’s what caused it.
Security alert
If you don’t allow full access to your photos, you can’t take pictures or videos. Ridiculous.
