Horrible customer service
Like straight up how are you guys offering roof drawings. They are completely wrong missing half the building who only re roofs half there building just dumb. Additionally the Rep I spoke with said trees aren’t a problem they clearly are the parts covered by trees were also just not added to the drawing in total missing about 15 to 20 squares of roof which is insane. When I call and email to see if I could get any help with this cuz I would’ve loved to use this service no one answered. Just stick to Eagle view or one of those these people are jokes.

Rarely Great…
In the rare instance you actually get a clean image, this app is great to use. However, 9 times out of 10, the image quality is atrocious. I tried contacting them via email without a response. I know of other contractors who have tried contacting them by phone without a response. Not sure if the developers gave up on the app or what but it’s pretty disappointing.

TERRIBLE!
I have never used an app so bad until trying this one, wow.
Needs work asap
App was working great the first couple of month and now it doesn’t even recognize that I have a subscription is very annoying to have to delete and delete

I paid for the app and never got access to the features tried to contact customer service and never got to talk to anyone or got a response from email no contact whatsoever never got my money back or had any issues resolved.

My features are limited
How do I unlock and what is the cost to get the full spectrum of what the app is capable of? I’m about to delete the app off my phone I can’t utilize it for what it’s intended for really I need full functionality of this app but can’t seem to find where to purchase , any help thank you

We’ve been using Pitch Gauge for almost 5 years now. And it’s been getting worse year over year. Every time we sign on, we lose all our drawings from the past. We have to delete the app and load another version. The developer has been great at aiding short term solutions. He’s even suspended the monthly for the troubles. However, if you plan on using this App to do business, prepare to download the App regularly. The Beta version was NOT better. We will use it for menial tasks but it looks like it’s time for us to find something that’s more reliable. Additional reviews as of march 2022. PITCH GAUGE is getting less and less reliable. We even bought a new iPad to see if that would help. We used to get a call or an answer. And now nothing.

The squares are never correct!!!
I’ve been measuring roofs since I was 16 and let me tell you on your average 40 sq roofs it was off by 10 squares and I measured it to a T according to the instruction video it’s a nice thought but it doesn’t beat hand measuring, the pitch is always slightly off but still handy.
I do roofing for a living if it works for you great but always double check because when it came to roofs the shape of a triangle, parallelogram and a trapezoid it was completely off when it came to a straight rectangle roof it wasn’t too bad but when it comes to complex roofs don’t short cut it or a free app is gonna cost you some money.

5 STAR Product, 5 STAR Customer Service!
I’ve been measuring roofs a long time, from the tape measure to the apps. When I started using apps I found myself just going back to the tape measure until I found pitch gauge. It really has made things easy for me. Once you learn how to use pitch gauge it does make things a breeze. I suggest getting a tablet and a stylus. And I must say the few times I’ve had a problem, they were there to help promptly and efficiently. This app really sets the guidelines on how customer service should be for all apps. I can’t thank you enough pitch gauge.

I purchased this app, I really like the futures of the it does the job nothing special but it does the job, I have been having problems with saving my projects, when I find the address of the customer and try to add it to my projects the app automatically sign me out, I try to contact customer support for many times with out any luck, no one have reached to me or respond any of my emails, for that reason I’m giving customer service 1 star, I really hope that they work hard to make this app works better but mainly and more important I hope that customer service always take a little bit of time in responding to every customer, because with out customer you will be nothing even if you build a good app.

Extremely helpful tool to have as a contractor
Great app but has some glitches
Love the app and it is easy to draw outlines but has glitches. Sometimes it will keep saying I need to sign in even if I already have. Also when installed, if I am on another app and click an address to go to google maps, it instead goes to pitch gauge
Buggy app
Can not go back to camera mode. It does not work correctly. Has many logic buggy.
Fix gallery editing bugs and camera bugs PLEASE
Can not edit photos and can not see entire camera.
