Great app, lots of info
Lots of information for this ball and app. Allows us to see what the most effective pitch is, for example 2 seam vs 4 seam. Only problem is the app is a bit clunky at this point. Comes disconnected if the ball goes in the dirt past the catcher and loses count of the number of pitches in the bullpen but I guess they are working on that. Overall I love it and the support has been great when I have questions.

Have been impressed with the amount of data that this ball provides. Checking the numbers against a radar has been interesting to see how accurate it is.
Great product
Had the ball for several months now and really like the product. Can’t tell the difference between this ball and a regular baseball, which is how it should be. App has worked well. Customer service is great. My first ball wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth and they were very friendly and responsive. Exchanged my ball with no problems. They even answered lots of my questions about how it works and the data it collects. They told me they are working on adding features to the app so this product should only get better as time goes on.
