No support doesnt connect

Some days the treadmill decides to pair to my phone but 9/10 times it will not customer support unfortunately keeps ready my messages replying once or twice then they stop assisting so idk kind of frustrated very disappointed the app needs to be more consistent with its connection

Awful

The app is cheaply made and full of adds and other junk. It is not user friendly. It’s also not accurate

Ehh it’s okay

The app has good intentions. It can be good motivation however, when I sign up for a race with a prize I’m constantly disqualified. The support team is of no help. When walking freely, I have no issues with connection or walking so it’s only when in a race.
The app is fine but don’t expect assistance if your DQ from a race. You also don’t know you’re disqualified until after you finish it too which is frustrating.

Glitchy and overloaded

I love my walking pad but this app has been nothing but trouble and a headache. First the minor issue: the interface is awful in terms of intuitive navigation. It’s so junky and app information overload regardless of where you are in the app. The major issue: SAFETY! Using the app for Free Walk is a joke when the Smart Pace feature continually engages without user input. Want to walk at a pace you set? Not with this app. Beware and be watchful.

Good product, weird app

The walking treadmill works well but I’m using this while I work. I don’t need all these weird options in the app. And I certainly don’t need it to speak to me. I’m not sure the app is relevant for the average customer using it. It has to be fast and simple to use and understand.

Always crashes

Every single ride, it crashes and stops recording after a few miles.

Chronic Tech Bugs

I’ve never written a review on the App Store before but that’s how frustrated I am with the chronic tech bugs in this app. It’s gotten to the point where it’s hard to trust that it will count my running stats. I’m about to delete the app. Why keep wasting my time and energy on running events that error out on the regular? They’re a great motivation when they work but there is CHRONIC tech issues that render the app less useful.
There seems to be only one point of contact person for troubleshooting these problems which delays things significantly (to be fair, he’s a very nice person but does not make up for slow to fix issues). I’m going to stick with them for about a month to see if things get better. There’s only so much I can rage quit this app before it starts affecting my mental health istg

Terrible app

I got a deer run treadmill walking pad and downloaded this app to track my progress. The app is terrible. Overcrowded screens, hard to find your workout data and does not sync well with Apple health. The worst part is if I switch away from the app such as to play music, check my text or take a phone call the app disconnects and the treadmill stops. Totally useless.

Zero stars if I could, customer support does not respond

Tons of adds and “walkthrough” bubbles. Treadmill stopped connecting over Bluetooth and customer support stopped responding after the basic troubleshooting didn’t work.

Cocomelon brainrot walking pad? Can I just have a basic remote control please? L product manager.

This is the worst application I’ve ever downloaded on my phone. I bought a walking pad to help me burn some calories (I’m on a cut). Tell me why my damn walking pad has an ai narrator that I can’t disable. And the app is literally a video game. I just want to walk. And it has the most overstimulating, clunky UI I’ve ever seen in a fitness app. As an engineer very into fitness the existence of this app truly breaks my heart and has ruined my day. Thank you to anyone who read to the end of this rant.

What is this?

No good. Useless. And can’t uninstall off of my Mac.

Too busy

Too many popups. Can’t even find the start treadmill button

Garbage

This app sucks honestly, it fails to record workouts, it’s so riddled with ads and AI garbage that it doesn’t do the bare minimum when it comes to functioning. I desperately wish my deer run treadmill synced with something else.

Stop listening

This people listen to our conservations. When use their app. Make sure either mute your mic and disable your mic. They got your logo set up backwards .if mic off everyone can hear what we say.

If Only…

If only it had a HIIT program

Better than expected

Better than I was expecting it to be honestly. Makes using this stationary bike way more engaging and makes me push myself when I see other players catching up. Getting way better sessions in with this app than when I was just using the bike alone

Really good app

Why is this a social media app

All I wanted was to control my device and all of a sudden I’m added into a group chat of new members, which has ZERO moderation. Swear words and insults galore like a teenagers group chat. Woke up to literally 100 notifications.

What were the developers thinking making this a mandatory feature

Response from developer

"Sorry to hear that our feature caused you inconvenience. We understand the importance of moderation in group chats. We'll look into making the 'Discover' feature optional in the next update, allowing users to control their notifications."

Constantly Backtracks On Step Count

Generally, this app is okay. The issue is that it’ll record a certain number of steps—say, 5.5k—then an hour later retract it to 4.8k. This app is not tracking step counts correctly. Look, I don’t care if it’s perfect, but stop with the takesies backsies. It’s annoying. Just pick the lower number in the first place.
